The trio made their debut on the Fox singing competition during the Muppets-themed episode of The Masked Singer in October and their identity still remains a mystery.
The Lambs are set to take on the Harp during the season eight finale of the show and while this means they are in with a chance on winning the golden mask trophy it also marks a very special milestone.
Following the elimination of Snowstorm—who was revealed to be comedian Nikki Glaser—during last week’s semi-finals, the Lambs and Harp secured their spots in the finale, with Lambs being the first group to ever get this far on the show.
Boyband Hanson, dressed as Russian Dolls, made it to fifth place in season five, while girl group En Vogue, as Queen Cobras, finished fourth last season.
Earlier in season eight, Barry Williams, Christopher Knight and Mike Lookinland, also known as The Brady Bunch brothers, competed but were eliminated on their first night.
This means that if the Lambs beat Harp they will be the first group to ever win the show.
The new winner of The Masked Singer, who will be crowned during the two-hour long finale special on Wednesday, November 30, will take over from season seven’s champion Teyana Taylor, who won the show as Firefly.
The famous faces behind the final masks are yet to be revealed but fans have made plenty of guesses over the last nine weeks.
Harp made her first appearance on the premiere of season eight back in September and gave several clues to her identity, one of which being that she auditioned for “the biggest show in the world” as a teen, but didn’t “fit the mold.”
The judges guessed Queen Latifah, Jordin Sparks, Fantasia Barrino and Jennifer Hudson but fans at home believe it is actress Amber Riley, 36, who auditioned for American Idol in 2003 before she landed the role of Mercedes Jones on Glee.
Viewers believe that a clue that was given as the Lambs walked on stage for their first performance gave away their identity.
The clue was that they “can’t let go,” leaving fans convinced that the Lambs are singers Chynna Phillips, Carnie Wilson and Wendy Wilson, better known as “Hold On” hitmakers Wilson Phillips.
So far, the costumes that have been revealed on season 8 of The Masked Singer, in addition to Glaser as Snowstorm, have been Linda Blair as Scarecrow, Ray Parker Jr. as Sir Bug a Boo, Chris Jericho as Bride, Adam Carolla as Avocado, George Foreman as the Venus Flytrap and George Clinton as Gopher.
Joey Lawrence as the Walrus, Le’Veon Bell as the Milkshake, Kat Graham as Robo Girl, Jerry Springer as Beetle, Gloria Gaynor as Mermaid, Mario Cantone as Maize and Daymond John as the Fortune Teller have also been unveiled.
Earlier in the season Williams, Knight and Lookinland were unmasked as the Mummies, Montell Jordan as Panther, Jeff Dunham as Pi-Rat, Chris Kirkpatrick as the Hummingbird, Eric Idle as the Hedgehog and William Shatner as the Knight.
The Masked Singer grand finale will air Wednesday, November 30, at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
