When is The Ranch Part 8 out on Netflix?

The final 10 episodes of The Ranch will be streaming from Friday, January 24. The season in its entirety will be out at one minute past midnight PT (3/01 a.m. ET / 2.01 a.m. CT) on that day. Fans who search for The Ranch now on Netflix can watch all of the previous seven parts of the series, as well as the trailer for Season 8.

Who is in the cast of The Ranch Part 8?

Rejoining the cast for its final installments is three-time Oscar nominee Debra Winger as Maggie Bennett, who sat out the first part of Season 4 but will be back to help to bring the show to a close. She will be joining all of the regular cast, which also includes:

One star who is unlikely to be returning, however, is Rooster actor Danny Masterson, fired after assault allegations emerged against him (which he denies). Bringing him back would be a hugely controversial move for the show, though Pop Culture reported he was present at The Ranch’s wrap party.

What will happen in The Ranch Part 8?

The official Netflix summary for the film reads: “Raise a glass and get ready to take one last ride to The Ranch. With Iron River Ranch now in a competitor’s hands and more trouble on the horizon, Colt, Beau and the rest of the Bennetts must band together as they face an uncertain future.”

The season will also have to deal with the big cliffhanger of Part 7, which saw Nick get shot by a mystery intruder. In The Ranch Part 8 trailer, we see Luke (Dax Shepherd) getting arrested for the crime, though this seems unlikely to be the end of the mystery, with TVLine speculating that he may be covering for Mary (Megyn Price).

Speaking on KTLA, Elisha Cuthbert said of the final season: “This season’s tough for Colt and Abby. There’s a lot of tension, a lot of things going on with them having the baby and navigating that, so this season is a little rough for them but hopefully we can come around [by the end].”

The Ranch was canceled in June 2019, before the 20 episodes of Season 4 were released. This takes the episode total for the Netflix show to 80, making it officially the streamer’s longest-running multi-camera comedy, surpassing Fuller House’s 75 episodes.
